AXO Light – The rising star in the international lighting design scene
Born in 1996, AXO Light has created a collection characterised by style, international charm, young design, elegance and a vocation for experimenting with shapes and materials.
Uses natural material such as blown glass, Vicenza stone, bamboo and silk, and techniques that are drawn from expert craftsmanship. The company also applies this methodological approach to energy saving and protecting the environment.
One of their latest creation was the OBI lamp, design by Manuel Vivian, who has a particularly close relationship with the company and has designed numerous lights in their collection.
OBI is a complete lamp collection with chrome-plated fittings. The lampshades and canopies are consists of silken ribbons available in ivory or black color and a semi-reflecting chrome-plated finished inside.
In order to achieve their aims, AXO Light has a close collaboration with numerous designers including Dodo Arslan, Marcello Furlan, Letizia Mammini and Valeria Candido, Sandro Santantonio.
