Do You Satisfied With Your Page Counter Stats?
Dear Friends, how often do you checking your site/blog page counter statistic, once a day, every hour or every minutes? Frankly I check it every hour
but often feels wonder why the numbers are not the same from one counter site service with another.
Then when I check it with my blog plugin, the numbers are also slighly different. So, I start to think what counter services that I can depend upon the most to get the real statistics for my blog visitors and page views?
Right now I’m using three different counter stats service for my www.magpieszone.com blog, stat counter, site meter and recently w3counter. They all have different results, not to mention if I’m looking at the other blog networking sites that have the stats service too.
But later on I realize there must be many factors that caused the variations of the statistical results for my blog. I know that the internet connections and bandwidth (like it or not) may cause you any spesific stats record. If on certain periods the counter provider have reach their peak connections, there’s possible data loss, so it will take the effect on your blog/sites counts.
So, I decided to check my stats using a plugin that I believe will be most accurate one, because the plugin record the visits and page views of your blog instantly without having to send the data to your counter provider. How about you?
Until then my friends and thanks for coming!
