This year first icograda design week exhibition was held in Daegu from 4th of July until 10th of July, 2008. The main purpose of the exhibition is to bring the world best designers together to re-establish the value of the world’s current design.

The exhibition theme in Daegu is “Color Value” in which the present time designers, culture-creators, and experimenters will displays the chosen work to re-defined the value of colors and to maximized the effectiveness of colors by strategically using them.

Also coming as the speakers for the International Conference section are some well-known names in graphic design world such as the Canadian David Berman from David Berman Communications, Jacques Lange (South Africa) the President of Blu Print Design who also the past President of Icograda, Shigeo Fukuda chairman of the Japan Association of Graphic Design.
