If you expecting the emotions from today’s semi-final match then I’m so sorry to say that you’re not getting it. From the first minute of kick-off I can see that this is the game that destined to go for the Spanish side.

They got the first free kick in just two minutes of play, and the Russians are looking vulnerable in defence and getting lost of possessions too often during the game. No signs of gentle movements like they have shown while destroying the Dutch.

Andrei Arshavin’s one feet is probably already on the Nou Camp. I was a little bit disappointed with the way he’s playing today. No delicate passing from him, no cleverly without the ball movement, he’s simply out of this planet.

imageBut José Luis Aragonés Suárez Martínez side have it all, they have all the necessary points to be the serious contender for the Euro2008 championship title. To be honest, although I’m expecting the Russians and Guus Hiddink to mark their first history to reach the final match in a major tournament, but with the way they’re playing today, I’m glad it’s Spaniards that will go to face the Germans.

I know the rests of this article may not be a good reading for the German supporters, but honestly I don’t think they have won fairly enough against the Turkey side yesterday. They just seems to have more luck than Fatih Terim’s squad.

So now it’s Spain v German in the final match, and I think I’m going to put my money on the matadors team. They are young enough, ambitious, full of energy and skillful to beat the old gang of the German team. Go Spain!!! Go!!!
