Norio Fujikawa beautiful character concepts
My dear readers, when I was still a little boy, I always admire robotic sculptural images or characters. I love how they look strong, futuristic and inside of my crazy thought, I want to be just like them.

Couple days ago, I found an interesting page on Behance network, so I email the artist for a chance to featuring some of those awesome characters design here on my blog. So, here they are, with Norio’s statements.

“My background is primarily in product design. It’s what I do by day. The illustration, painting, and digital art you saw on Behance is personal work I do at night or whenever I can find the time.
Outside of design school, I haven’t had whole lot of art education/training. I did take a couple of night illustration classes to learn some basic painting skills.
Most of what I know and do is from sucking up as much as I can from the talented people I work with, meet, and admire. There is, of course, trial and error.”
